On June 19th at the Ocean City Fireman's Convention, Life Members Clarence Carpenter and Eloise Healey were honored with Special Tributes at the MSFA Memorial Service. Clarence served as President of the MSFA in 1986 and Eloise served as President of the LAMSFA in a 1994.
