On Thursday, October 25, 2018, over 40 members gathered at the station and traveled to Danny Carpenter's home to show he and his family support during this difficult time. Danny is currently very sick and in need of prayers. Danny has been an active member of our department for 45 consecutive years. He is a Life Member, Past Chief, and Past President of our organization. Danny was extremely happy to see us and was even able to give us a small motivational speech. Though it was a very emotional night for us and his family, we all know that we have each other to lean on. Danny was sure to tell us to “keep the brotherhood alive” during our visit.
