June 27, 2017

On June 27th, for the second time in four days, and third time this year, our members have successfully revived a person in the parking lot of the station. On all three of these incidents, people have been brought to the station not breathing because of an apparent opiate overdose. Due to the quick actions of the members in the station at the time of these incidents, all of the patients were revived and breathing on their own within a few minutes of their arrival. Though it is great that these lives were spared, it is disturbing to see what drugs are doing to our community.

If you know someone suffering from addiction, please get them help before it is to late!
